Windhoek Namibia Accor Hotel

This week we visited the Compensation Clinic in the closed facility where I found myself in the midst of one of the most exciting events of my life, the opening of Windhoek's newest hotel, Windhoek Namibia.

It is understandable that a hotel has to close facilities due to unforeseen problems, but what I could not understand was that guests at the residence were only informed this morning that such a closure would take place. Guests using the hotel's leisure facilities will be notified a few days before check-in. This was not the case here, guests could have been informed by email or warned on the Hilton website. But why do hotels think they can simply sell the facilities that guests should have access to to to third parties without first notifying them?
